Huntly Hooper Limited was established by Oliver Hooper MRICS who runs the company and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, both of which are professionally qualified bodies.

The company was set up to become the first professionally regulated residential buying consultancy in London, and is still the only company that is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for this type of work in London. This offers our clients the protection that we are professionally qualified to give the advice we give.

The company is privately owned and completely independent. We are not a division of an estate agency or any other firm, and we do not take a fee from any third parties we introduce to our clients. Therefore we offer a completely uncompromised service and only work with the best in the industry.

The company has built, and continues to build, an extensive list of contacts so that not only are we the first to hear about properties before they are available for sale, but we can also source the right person for any other property requirements our clients have – whether that be a building surveyor, property lawyer, mortgage broker or architect.
