Our aim is always to get property at the lowest possible price for our clients and for this we charge a commission based fee. In turn we know we save our clients much more than we charge – much like any good consultant should do, and that is the true value in the service.

From 2 % of the property purchase price plus VAT (payable on success)

Rental Search
Typically 1 month’s rent plus VAT (payable on success)

Investors
Tailored to the client’s specification.

Corporate
Bespoke to the company’s specification.
