During this meeting, which typically last for about an hour, we can offer advice on the market and also the type of property you will be able to purchase within your budget and specification. We can also offer advice on areas to buy in, and areas to avoid, as well as alternative types of property to consider. We are not trying to sell you any property so can provide unbiased independent advice.
We will then explain how we can help you to find the best property and should our service be of interest we will set out an action plan of how we intend to reach the best results.
