During this meeting, which typically last for about an hour, we can offer advice on the market and also the type of investment you will be able to purchase within your budget and specification. We can also offer advice on areas to buy in, and areas to avoid, as well as alternative types of property to consider. We are not trying to sell you any property so can provide unbiased independent advice. We can comment on different types of return you could expect to get from different types of investment, and advise you as to whether you are looking at short or long term returns. Each investor will have their own investment criteria.
We will then explain how we can help you to find the best property investments, provide examples of how we have helped other investors and should our service be of interest we will set out an action plan of how we intend to reach the best results.
