Once an investment has been chosen we will then review all facts and figures we have available on the property, and those that need to be available. We will also outline any risks we see associated with the project so that there are no unforeseen surprises after purchase. No investment is risk free, but we will endeavor to make you aware of any risks that could arise.
Should you then wish to continue, we will then enter into negotiation to secure the property for you.
