After having signed the terms and conditions, we will take your property requirements to the market. That means the person you approve in your initial meeting will be contacting all of the people we know who could be selling property specific to your requirements, and seeing what they have that could be suitable. This will include agents, private contacts and developers.
That person will then preview all available suitable properties on the market on your behalf saving you the time and hassle of doing so yourself. We will also be collecting data on recently sold properties for a comparable basis, so that you know the property you will buy will be in line with, or below what other people are paying.
