For private clients seeking access to financing, we are able to introduce them to our network of private banks and mortgage brokers who will be able to offer bespoke solutions. In the past, our private contacts have been able to offer clients much better finance solutions than they have found on their own, which has ultimately led to huge savings. We also have access to a range of foreign exchange companies, able to assist with the transfer of money into the UK at rates better than most banks.

Whilst we cover every aspect of property advice, alternative property professionals may be needed either for very specialist advice, such as lease extensions, or where it is necessary and best practice to get an independent view, such as an independent valuation. Any external specialist will be chosen specific to the requirements.

We know the pre-eminent interior designers and architects, as well as contractors and other specialist, who will be able to assist with turning any property into an exceptional home, or maximise the value of any investments.
